Caliber Concierge - FAQ

Straight answers about how our home maintenance program works, from visits to emergencies.

  • How do I become a Concierge client?
    Start by booking a walkthrough. We’ll review your home’s systems, discuss your needs, and build a custom maintenance plan. Once approved, you’ll be added to our seasonal schedule.

    What does the walkthrough include?
    A full review of your home, inside and out. We check major systems, look for wear and tear, and give you a Home Health Report with photos and clear recommendations.

  • How often does Caliber visit?
    Most clients have two major visits per year (Spring and Fall) plus optional Winter and Summer check-ins. Each visit includes a Home Health Report.

    Do I need to be home?
    Not unless you want to be. Concierge clients usually give us key code or lockbox access so we can work while you’re away.

    Can I reschedule a visit?
    Sure. Just give us 48 hours’ notice to move your visit to another date.

  • What services are included?
    Seasonal maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and coordination of larger trades. See the Concierge Services page for the full list.

    Do you handle emergencies?
    Yes. Concierge clients get priority for urgent issues. Emergency calls are billed separately at a preferred rate.

    What’s not included?
    Renovations, new builds, or major installations. If you need those, your Concierge team will coordinate directly with Caliber Builds.

  • How does billing work?
    After each visit, you’ll get a detailed invoice showing time, materials, and any outside vendor costs. No surprises, no hidden fees.

    Are materials included?
    Filters, bulbs, and batteries are billed at cost and itemized clearly.

    Is your work under warranty?
    Yes. All work by Caliber staff and trusted partners is covered under a one-year workmanship warranty.

  • Who does the work?
    The same licensed builders and trades Caliber uses on construction projects. No random contractors, no cut corners.

    How is my home secured?
    We follow strict access and key handling protocols. Most clients give us code or lockbox access. We treat every home like our own.
