  • Hose bib shutoff and drain (fall) / reopen (spring)

interior + general care

seasonal visits

Each home receives two major visits per year, Spring and Fall, plus Winter and Summer check-ins as needed.

Every visit includes a Home Health Report with notes, photos, and recommendations.

  • Open hose bibs, clean HVAC filters, test AC, check irrigation, inspect roof and gutters, prep decks and outdoor furniture.

  • Inspect outdoor lighting, paint and caulking touch-ups, appliance checks, irrigation maintenance.

  • Close hose bibs, clean gutters, test heating systems, inspect roof, service fireplaces, prep irrigation for winter.

  • Safety checks, inspect sump pump and backup power, confirm insulation, replace batteries, review storm readiness.

Emergency or off-season visits are available year-round and billed separately.
